Servicerly was born from years of conversations with HOA board members, property managers, residents, and contractors across Florida — all sharing the same frustration. Residents didn't know which vendors were actually approved by their association. Boards spent hours chasing down insurance certificates. Contractors who did everything right couldn't get in front of the communities that needed them most.

No existing platform solved this. General contractor marketplaces were open to anyone, with no awareness of association rules, insurance requirements, or community-specific approvals. The compliance burden stayed entirely on boards and residents.

Servicerly is the fix. We built a vendor marketplace that starts with compliance — not as an afterthought, but as the entire foundation. Every vendor in a community's directory has been reviewed and approved by that association's board, with the required insurance, license, and documentation verified and on file.

Who we serve

Servicerly is built for every type of Florida community association — HOAs and condominium associations first and foremost, as well as co-operatives, Community Development Districts (CDDs), condo-hotel associations, dockominiums, commercial associations, mixed-use associations, and mobile home and manufactured housing communities. We also serve the property managers and management companies who oversee these communities across the state.

Where we operate

Servicerly is currently available exclusively in Florida, where we are building our initial network of communities, vendors, and residents. We plan to expand to additional states in the near future.
