Servicerly, LLC ("Servicerly," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website servicerly.com and the Servicerly platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using Servicerly, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Account registration: name, email address, and role (resident, vendor, board member, property manager)
- Community information: association name, type, address, unit count, and compliance requirements
- Vendor information: business name, service categories, service area, certificates of insurance (COI), contractor license documents, and W-9 forms
- Work orders: job descriptions, scheduling details, photos, and messages between residents and vendors
- Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Communications: messages you send through the platform or contact forms
Information collected automatically
- Device type, browser type, and operating system
- IP address and approximate location (state/city level)
- Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform
- Referring URLs used to find Servicerly
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Servicerly platform, match vendors with communities based on service area and compliance status, process vendor payments and lead fees through Stripe, send transactional emails (account confirmations, document expiry alerts, work order updates), respond to support requests, monitor platform security and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers.
3. How we share your information
- Between platform users: Vendor profiles are visible to residents and boards within approved communities. Resident contact details are shared with vendors only when a resident initiates contact.
- Service providers: We use third-party tools including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and email delivery services. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or court order.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred with advance notice provided.
4. Compliance documents
Vendors upload sensitive compliance documents including certificates of insurance, contractor licenses, and W-9 tax forms. These documents are stored securely and made available only to the association boards that a vendor has applied to. Servicerly does not share these documents with any third party beyond the requesting association.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children's privacy
Servicerly is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Florida residents
Servicerly currently operates exclusively in Florida. Florida residents have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. To exercise any state-specific privacy rights, contact us at [email protected].
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Servicerly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
